When i was home the other day i noticed that when i waled in my house a-lot mostly on carpet i would conduct electricty and when i touched my metal fence outside of my house i zapped myself. This is because when i drag my feet on my carpet in my living room i conduct electricty and it is stored in my body. Then when i touch a conductor like a metal fence the electricty thats stored in my body looks for an outlet which is the fence and passes from my body to the fence, which causes my to get zapped.
